Use this page to route launch support, account requests, privacy questions, and production issues while Player Planner moves from technical readiness into controlled real-user onboarding.

Launch support inbox

During controlled real-user launch, support requests are handled through bigbruceai@gmail.com. Use this inbox for onboarding, access, invite delivery, role corrections, privacy requests, and urgent production issues.

What to include

  • Your organization name and role, such as program admin, coach, parent, guardian, player, or HQ/support.
  • The page or workflow where the issue happened, such as invite setup, sign-in, messages, calendar, homework, assessment, or support access.
  • A short description of what you expected, what happened instead, and whether anyone is blocked from participating.
  • Screenshots when useful, but do not send passwords, full invite secrets, session cookies, or sensitive youth details by email.

Account and data requests

  • Ask for help correcting a name, email, role, team assignment, guardian link, or invite status.
  • Request account removal, organization export help, or organization data deletion review.
  • Report suspected unauthorized access, wrong-role access, or a message/data privacy concern immediately.

Production severity guide

  • High: sign-in is down, protected pages expose wrong data, messages are visible to the wrong role, or invites cannot be accepted.
  • Medium: a role can sign in but a key workflow is blocked, stale, confusing, or missing expected data.
  • Low: copy, design, support content, onboarding clarity, or non-blocking polish issues.

Before the first broad rollout

  • Confirm the canonical URL is https://www.playerplanner.app.
  • Send one real invite and confirm it arrives outside spam.
  • Run one admin, coach, parent/guardian, and player smoke test.
  • Confirm local admins understand support-access approval and youth-data boundaries.
