Terms of Use

Clear standards for safe program operations.

These terms set the baseline for using Player Planner with real organizations, families, coaches, and players during launch. They are operational guardrails, not a replacement for legal review.

Effective June 29, 2026

Acceptance

By using Player Planner, you agree to use it only for authorized organization, team, family, coaching, and player workflows. If you use the app for an organization, you represent that you have authority to manage that organization’s data and invitations.

Organization responsibilities

  • Invite only appropriate admins, coaches, parents, guardians, players, and support users.
  • Keep roster, guardian, team, and contact information accurate and current.
  • Obtain required parent, guardian, school, church, league, or program permissions before adding youth participant data.
  • Review support-access requests before approval and only approve scopes needed to resolve a real issue.
  • Use the app in a way that matches your own policies, safeguarding standards, and applicable laws.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Player Planner for harassment, bullying, exploitation, unsafe communication, spam, or unlawful activity.
  • Do not attempt to access another organization, role, team, family, player, message, or admin area without authorization.
  • Do not upload malware, credential material, secrets, or content that violates another person’s rights.
  • Do not bypass security controls, rate limits, authentication, invite scoping, role boundaries, or audit logging.

Youth safety and communication

Player Planner supports youth-program operations, but it does not replace an organization’s safeguarding policies, background-check practices, ministry rules, mandated-reporting duties, or emergency procedures. Organizations remain responsible for adult supervision, communication policies, and direct intervention when safety concerns arise.

No emergency, medical, legal, or counseling service

Player Planner is not an emergency service, medical service, legal service, counseling service, or substitute for professional judgment. Use emergency, pastoral, medical, legal, or safeguarding channels when a situation requires them.

Account security

  • Keep your login method secure and do not share accounts.
  • Use the correct organization and role when accepting invitations.
  • Tell support promptly if an invite, account, role, or message appears incorrect.
  • Program admins should remove access when someone leaves a team, role, organization, or season.

Launch availability

Player Planner is entering controlled real-user launch. Features may change as reliability, privacy, onboarding, and support workflows are refined. We will prioritize safe access, data protection, and clear rollback over rushing broad release.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as Player Planner moves through launch. Material changes will be reflected on this page. For questions or account requests, contact launch support.
